Outcome

The owner declared this project complete on 2026-09-25. The homelab registry entry moved from active to complete, the project status page, PHASES.md, and the README state it, and the published project now sits under Completed on the labs projects index.

Decisions

• Complete means no further phase is planned. Phase 5 was the last milestone, and the five phases in PHASES.md all read complete.
• The open TODO.md items are improvements to a finished project, not work a phase owes: a retention rule for the replaced file, a delta transfer when a zsync client is installed, and the version a file name states.
• The phase line stays phase 5 — prompt corpus in step with the skeleton — complete; the completeness statement is added below it rather than replacing the phase history.
• Nothing changes for the running system: the installed tools, the release, the published pages, and the five integrated AppImages stay as they are.
